What is the return policy?

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love your order and truly appreciate every purchase made with us. As each piece is carefully handcrafted and made with intention, please take a moment to read our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or created in small batches, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selections made at checkout
  • General wear and tear

We kindly encourage customers to double-check all order details before placing an order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll gladly assist you.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A refund where applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the incorrect or damaged item was sent by us.

Order Cancellations

As we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, cancellations may not always be possible. However, if you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom or personalised items are specially made just for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

As many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, please allow the stated processing time before your order is shipped.

Processing times may vary depending on:

The estimated processing time is 2 - 4 days and begins once payment has been received.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes will depend on the courier service and your location.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Delays

While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

These delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

However, if there are any unusual or extended delivery delays, we are always happy to assist by following up with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the courier where possible.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to selected locations.

Please note:

  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
