Because many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or created in small batches, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll gladly assist you.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the incorrect or damaged item was sent by us.
Order Cancellations
As we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, cancellations may not always be possible. However, if you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom or personalised items are specially made just for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
